By completing this application and submitting payment, I affirm that I understand and agree to fulfill the requirements of mang'Oh yoga's Teacher Training program, including in-class hours, homework and non-contact hours outside of the classroom. I understand that these requirements are mandatory for completion of the program and will result in non-completion if I do not fulfill them. I will receive a diploma of certification upon completion of all requirements that can then be submitted to Yoga Alliance for 200-hour registration.
I understand that mang'Oh yoga reserves the right to ask me to leave the program if my behaviour is inappropriate, unethical, or in any way violates the Yoga Alliance or mang'Oh yoga's ethical guidelines. Under such circumstances, my tuition will not be refunded.
I also understand that mang'Oh yoga's materials cannot be reproduced by me without permission from mang'Oh yoga. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
I understand that this tuition is non-refundable from the day that the Teacher Training program is scheduled to begin. Prior to that date, I will receive a 50% refund if I cancel 15 days or less prior to the start of the program, and a 100% refund (minus application deposit) if I cancel more than 15 days prior to the start of the program.
